Schedule Friday Rainout Makeup Session
To schedule a Friday evening rain makeup session, click on your class level and complete the registration form.
Rained Out Procedure
We will attempt to hold class if at all possible. If the weather/court condition is questionable on the day of your class, call your coach or program administrator 30 minutes to find out if your class will be cancelled. If we are able to hold the class on such days, an absence will count as an individual cancellation.
PARTIAL CLASS RAINOUT:
Under most circumstances we will be able to add the missed time to the next class
or series of classes.
TOTAL CLASS RAINOUT:
Morning Sessions: If possible and with agreement, morning classes of one hour duration will be extended by 30 minutes for
the next two classes. The hour and a half rained-out classes will be held the Friday of that week at 9:00-10:30am. at the Waveland
courts.
Afternoon & Evening Sessions: Afternoon and evening rained-out makeup classes will be held at the Waveland location on the following Friday according to the following schedule.
6:00-7:30pm: Beginner, Advanced Beginner & Intermediate I
7:30-9:00pm: All Class Levels
To attend one of the evening rainout makeup sessions, you MUST register BEFORE attending. To do so, click on the button shown in the upper right area and then complete the request form.
If you are unable to attend these makeup sessions, you may elect to use one of your Individual Cancellation options (see next section).
Schedule an Individual Makeup Class
To schedule a makeup class for your individual cancellation, click on your class level and complete the registration form.
Individual Cancellation Option
Students playing twice per week (weekday classes) are allowed to makeup 2 individual cancellations. Students playing once per week (weekend classes) are allowed to makeup 1 individual cancellation. Students who have arranged to attend only partial classes are not allowed make individual cancellations.
Notice of individual cancellation must be received by 1:00pm - PRIOR to the class you will miss in order to receive makeup credit so that your space can be made available to other students.
Makeup credits are good only for the timeframe of the session in which the corresponding cancellations were made.
The individual cancellation option may also be used to reschedule sessions that have been rained out. In this case, the makeup session does count against the limitations stated above.
