Cardio Yoga

A fun, social class to get you moving. A series of poses will be introduced and then the pace will pick-up to get your heart pumping. Expect to sweat to upbeat music. Calming cool down at the end. All levels welcome.

Intro to Yoga & Gentle Yoga

Ideal for all levels & ages; great for beginners! Learn the foundation of yoga in this slow paced class. We will start with seated stretches and progress to a standing series followed by a closing meditation.

Meditation

Ease your stressful day into a relaxed evening with seated stretching and several meditation exercises to calm the mind.
