Arrive Streeterville FAQs

Discounted Option:

• We have a discount program with the parking garage located at the Arrive Streeterville Garage (350 E. Ohio St.). The TOTL student discount is $6 paid for 2-hours, and $8 paid for 4-hours. Students can ask their coach for a discount ticket to use at the parking garage checkout kiosk.

Non-Discounted Options:

• Another option is the nearby Streeter Garage (345 E. Ohio St.); however, we do not have a discount program with this garage.
• There is metered parking on Ohio St.
• Students can use parking apps

There is non-metered parking on Ontario St.; however, pay attention to street-cleaning signs (Mon-Fri 4-6 pm).

Our Arrive Streeterville location is a security building; an entry code is required for access. Students are provided door codes, which need to be entered into the keypad located on the right side of the street-level door at 324 E. Ohio St.

• For session registrants: All students will be emailed a door code before the start of their session, and this door code will be valid for the session.
• For make-up classes: Students will be emailed a code for their makeup class.
• For drop-in classes: Students must contact TOTL for a code before their drop-in class.
• If your door code is not working, you can call: 312-493-0721.

Please note that TOTL codes only work on our exterior door, they are not for use on any internal keypads or for resident entry or access.

Arrive Streeterville residents looking to book Court 3 (the resident-dedicated court) will need to create an account on CourtReserve.

Once you have submitted your request, Arrive Streeterville Building Management will confirm your residency and notify us to approve your account. This process normally takes 48-hours.
